My grandmother was here for rehabilitation after a hospital visit. We had to come and get her after only 3 days. The staff is apathetic, rude, and treats patients staying there horrendously and like a burden. I truly hope no one ever chooses this place their loved ones.

The nurse that took care of me here at Reedy River. Her name is Kajal Patel. I really love her. She was the best. She did a great job and taking care of me getting me everything I needed and I was just at peace when she was on the staff here and I thank you for everything that you’ve done. I really appreciate it. I love you. Love you too

Never get anyone on the phone. My mother has been there a little while but cannot call to speak with someone to check on her. It’s so frustrating I get transferred and it just rings and then it goes to voicemail. Does this location even have someone sitting at a nurses station to answer calls?

My nurse Kajal is very good nurse she takes good care of her patients and she is always available for help. I’m do happy to have her.

Melania is a very nice nurse with a sweet personality. Outgoing and down to Earth. She went out of her way to get me flower pots for my plants soil and food. All from the kindness of her heart. She will remain blessed.

Isha is a compassionate and very attentive nurse . Heart of an angel. She bends over backwards to help. If I could have any nurse I would have Isha over and over . Kamal is amazing as well. She’s kind and caring

I’ve been having therapy here at Reedy River for a few weeks. The care has been amazing. Two of my nurses Isha and Laura have been very helpful throughout my stay. Even the nurse on the other cart Kajal has helped me a few times. I will recommend the staff every time.

I’ve had a good experience. Very thankful for my nurse Isha she was very caring and always came to my aid when I needed it. She answered my questions and a great listener when my family wasn’t able to come see me.

Melani is absolutely beautiful on the inside and out. She is great at her job and always helps even when she is not your nurse. I can trust on her every time.

My mother is staying here. It has been a roller coaster experience but Melania and Angel were the most caring nurses. I wish she could go back to her old room so that they can be her nurses again.
